Tract # 1 Legal Description (Surface Only): 180 acres, more or less, consisting of 160 acres NW/4 of Section 27, and approx. 20 acres in the SW/4 of Section 27, T27N-R9WIM, Alfalfa County Oklahoma, Surface Rights Only.
