The staff of Crowe Real Estate & Auction has no personal knowledge of the condition of the individual vehicles, and no such information will be given to any prospective bidder beyond the information in written descriptions. You are responsible for your own inspection of vehicles prior to the point of purchase, during specified inspection times.

No allowance will be made for errors in cataloging, genuineness, defects or imperfections not noted.
Bidding increments are as follows:
$0 - $200 = $5
$200 - $1000 = $25
$1,000 - $10,000 = $100
$10,000 - $25,000 = $500
$25,000 - $500,000 = $1,000
$500,000 - $1,000,000 = $5,000
$1,000,000 and up = $10,000
This auction features extended bidding! Any lot with a bid within five minutes of its scheduled closing time will remain open. Each time a new bid is placed the auction will remain open for an additional five minutes. When no bids have been placed for five full minutes, the auction will then close. When bidding, you must refresh your screen often to find out if you are still the leading bidder. To refresh your screen, click “RESET CATALOG” or use the refresh button on your browser.
When you place a maximum bid, the current bid does not automatically jump to your max bid. Your bid will be entered as the next highest increment and will increase as other bids are placed to keep you in the lead. The computer will automatically bid up to your max bid in the increments specified.
All final winning bids will be subject to seller acceptance or rejection.
When you place the winning bid, you will receive an invoice via email letting you know you have won the item. Upon receiving the email please call the Auction Company to schedule an appointment time to pick up your vehicle. You will be asked to verify the vehicle lot number, person’s name the vehicle will be registered in, address, driver’s license number, birth date, whether there will be a recorded lien/loan on the vehicle and how you intend to pay for the vehicle.
Fees:
There will be a 10% buyer premium added to the final bid prices of all vehicles.
We are required by the State of Michigan to maintain a current Class D Auto Broker’s License, therefore we must process your title and registration, consequently all purchases are subject to:
6% sales tax.
$75.00 broker fee.
$15 Title processing fee as per State of Michigan charges
Each transaction necessary to collect insufficient funds will have a $35 fee imposed.
If registration paperwork is returned to us due to a buyer’s “repeat offender” status, buyer is required to pay the $15.00 late fee for re-submission of the “title only” transaction. Please inform us in advance if this situation may apply to you.
Full payment must be made at the time of pickup of the vehicle. Vehicles may not leave our location until they have been paid for and all necessary paperwork is completed and signed. Payment may be made by cash, cashier’s check, money order, or direct wire transfer.
If you plan to drive the vehicle from our location, your must provide us with a current proof of insurance. You will be required to obtain insurance for the specific vehicle you purchased within 15 days of the auction.
Vehicles must be removed within 7 business days of the auction. If vehicle is not picked up by stated time and other arrangements have not been personally made with the auction company, you will be charged the full purchase price of the vehicle and the item will become property of Crowe Real Estate & Auction
All vehicles must be titled in the State of Michigan.
Crowe Real Estate & Auction and/or consignors are NOT responsible for accidents or damage to vehicles after the items are sold.
